Lauren is a Portland native and has been involved in the beauty industry since 2018. Lauren perfected her artistry in wedding and event makeup. After Covid she shifted gears to primarily focus on hair and has been behind the chair since 2022! Lauren is an avid animal lover and especially loves her two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Bode and Groot. She is passionate about learning and ever-perfecting her techniques. Her favorite services are dimensional color, blonding, and extensions. Lauren primarily offers sewn in wefts but to her, offering extensions is so much more than a method. She loves to offer custom installs for clients which often includes a combination of methods, to achieve a comfortable install and healthy growout. Lauren prides herself on always seeking out continued education to stay on trend and to perfect her craft. Be sure to follow her to stay in the loop about new and innovative extension techniques
Alyssa’s love for creativity started at a young age; she was always involved in many forms of art classes growing up. Alyssa decided to attend cosmetology school directly after high school, graduating in 2013, and since then has worked full time, passionately doing hair. She has had multiple salon experiences, leading to her becoming a salon owner in 2015. Alyssa stays on trend by attending educational classes and hair shows. She has a strong love for blonding and extensions. Alyssa is skilled in dry-texturizing cuts to complete a personalized look. She is also strongly trained in blow-out styling, having previously worked at a blow-dry bar, which gave her bridal hair experience. Having tried different hair extension methods it was in 2018 when Alyssa got certified in the sewn in method that her passion for extensions started. In 2021 she expanded her salon business and moved to specialize in hair extensions, opening Maine Extension Co, where she continues to thrive and grow.

Starting as a young child Linnea spent many years on stage. Ending her career dancing with Maine State Ballet, She discovered her passion for event hair and makeup. Starting shadowing wedding stylist when she was in cosmetology school in 2015, learning tips and tricks and falling more in love with her new found passion. Linnea has a daughter and a son at home that are her world. She has worked with many salons all over the state of Maine learning from the best of the best. She has been doing lashes since 2018 and has made that her focus for in salon services. Linnea also runs our bridal business Diamonds and Curls where she specializes in braided updos and other bridal styles.
Charli was born and raised in Kennebunk, Maine. She is a dog mom and an adventurer. Growing up being in salons with family and friends, she always had a passion in doing hair. Always being the girl to do the cheer squad or volleyball team’s hair for games and competitions. From blonding, long haired cuts or dimensional color, she love it all. Recently she has got into extensions and found a true love and passion for them. Helping people feel beautiful and happy with their hair is what she constantly strives to do. She is working on building her books and is eager to help everyone feel their best!

Kim has been in the industry for a few years beginning with assisting Alyssa at Maine Extension Co doing administrative work and helping out around the salon. Then going to school to get a license in aesthetics. She has been able to flourish in becoming self employed. Kim is very passionate in helping oncology patients find the time to reset and help with skin therapy treatments suitable for their specific diagnosis as she herself is surviving with cancer. She uses medical grade products for her clients. Kim loves making connections within the community, through continuous volunteer work like “look good, feel better” she is very passionate about ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity in self care and love. She is excited to welcome everyone to reset & glow! She accepting new clients now!
